Rain Africa: Review
Hello lovely friends!
I'm excited to share with you some of my new favorite bath and body products. They come from a lovely company I came across called Rain Africa. They've become near and dear to me because not only do I adore their products but their story and motives too. Their products and packaging are handmade in South Africa, while providing jobs to those living in poverty whom otherwise may not have hope elsewhere. I was touched to hear that some of their selections are hand crafted by a former chef who lost his eyesight. None of their products contain harsh chemicals, they don't test on animals and they don't use child labor. They're also nature friendly, using biodegradable and recyclable materials whenever possible.
My top 3 faves:
1) Mineral Rich Hair Mud Mask
Any bioactive organic mud from Eastern Europe that makes my mane shiny and roaring like a lion is good in my books. No seriously though! I struggle with tangly locks and my ends get pretty dry. Would you believe this look was achieved with almost no styling and absolutely no blowdrying? After rinsing out and patting down with a towel the night before, I threw my hair up in a bun and voila! I used my hair straightener in a single spot near the scalp to tame a bump and that is it. (insert sassy emoji here)*
2) Passion Natural Bath Salt
Confession, huge rose essential oil fan over here. Not only is this bath salt ultra luxurious with real rose petals, but it's full of anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits to protect, moisturize and detoxify your needy skin. Oh and naturally, it smells pretty too!
3) Baobab + Eucalyptus Body Scrub
Keeps your skin healthy, clean and radiant. My skin looks so much smoother and less wrinkly. The scent may be a little strong for some, but I like eucalyptus. There's other scents if you find it to be too much.
Thanks for reading my review. Now go online or go in store if possible and spoil yourselves!
Thanks Rain Africa for sharing your wealth of knowledge and effective products.
Till next time loves!
