One of my favorite places is Pasadena, California and now that we live so close, we're there pretty often. The old architecture and clean streets (kind of a big bonus for the LA area) are charming and perfect for light strolls. There are so many photogenic corners, cute shops and yummy eats.

Pasadena is also home to a couple of my favorite spots to eat, The Luggage Room and Amara Cafe. The Luggage Room has never failed us, it's pizza is seriously on another level. Their sourdough, wood oven baked crust makes for the best pizza I have ever had. It's a place we always take our friends who are new to the area. Amara is the most delightful spot for Venezuelan hot chocolate and churros! If you follow me on Instagram and Snapchat, you know my husband and I are big foodies!

Every weekend is a new adventure since living in LA, and I'm lovin' it! But, I'm missing home, with all this traveling as of late, I haven't gone home to Canada in a while. I'm thinking going home is way overdue. Next weekend I'm off to Vegas for my Birthday, so I'm thinking Canada next month.
